Three letters
Last week was the third week of the semester and was named after Biola’s most famous three letters: DTR. That’s right, we spent a week talking about relationships, relationships with each other, God, etc. Most of the focus was on dating relationships (some tips from Biola alumni were “find a good wife” and “get married here”), but there was focus on other things. Most of the time I spent tweeting about it, trying to make #dtrweek a trending topic. I don’t think it worked, but it was fun tweeting all the time. Here are just a few of the good ones:
“What am I doing Friday? Oh. Tim.”- Dr Muelhoff talking about his wife, followed by “lower your expectations.” #DTRweek
thanks @taylorswift13 for leading us in closing worship #dtrweek

Roses are red, Biola is too, #dtrweek is sweet, can I go out with you?
@sam_i_am156 you put the reel in relationship #dtrweek#filmmajor
DTR week master Finn Humble does it again. Scoring a table with his dtr train of 8 women, setting a new record #dtrweek#whataman
Army of Biola women going to chapel. Must b #dtrweek
Women at Biola “I’m dating a man at Biola. He should know what it means to be the spiritual leader” #dtrweek
I saw “be the match” at church and thought it was a Christian dating service#dtrweek#bonemarrowmatching
#dtrweek is over and I’m still single…
There were a lot more, and other people wrote some too (though not as much as me). That was what consumed most of the week (that and reading the Bible and Shakespeare).
Saturday was work day for Missions Conference. My staff went around and asked for donations from different stores. We had fun and it was a good bonding experience.
Sunday I went to Grace Groups for church. I’m going to try to start attending them on a usual basis, even though I already have enough to do.
Lastly, make sure to check out this video about Missions Conference!
